Returns Policy

Please note: We are unable to accept returns for custom or personalised orders.

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. I Love Parcels Ltd accept no liability for any costs incurred for the return of goods, unless in the opinion of I Love Parcels Ltd the goods are deemed faulty. Please note that I Love Parcels Ltd is subsidising the postage, and in an event of return the actual postage shall be deducted and the balance will be refunded. Please check with I Love Parcels Ltd the actual postage charge before ordering.

ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT AND WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN PERFECT CONDITION. WE WILL NOT EXCEPT RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE RETURNS POLICY PERIOD.

Please email or write to us stating your intent to return items. We must receive written confirmation about your intent return or the item will not be accepted.
