Returns
Please note: We are unable to accept returns for custom or personalised orders. Any items of this nature that are returned to us will not be processed.
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

Please be aware that return shipping costs for ‘change of mind’ purchases are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a service like Interparcel, which offers multiple courier options. Be sure to purchase sufficient insurance for your return shipment.
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will evaluate whether they are in their original, resaleable condition. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If you’ve discarded the original packaging, please use the best available packaging materials to protect the item during transit. If the product is not returned in its original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale, a repackaging fee of 20% of the full product price may be deducted from your refund.
If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different product, we recommend returning the original product(s) for a refund and placing a new order online for the desired item(s).
Exclusions
Please note that personalised items, custom address signs, and decals are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind. As we process custom orders quickly, cancellations for these items are not possible once the order has been placed.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Inspect all products upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours if there are any faults, damages, incorrect items, or missing parts. Claims for damages cannot be accepted after 48 hours from delivery. Please note that re-shipping fees do not apply to faulty or damaged items. Our Customer Service team will provide further instructions after receiving your request.
