Delivery Information
We ship Monday to Friday from our Warwickshire warehouse. Delivery dates are estimates only. In-stock items are typically delivered within 3–5 working days. Tracking details are emailed on dispatch.
1. Delivery Windows
• Standard: 3–5 working days (estimate)
• Expedited/Next-Day: only available for selected items
• Custom/personalised items: additional lead time, which may delay dispatch of your full order if you have ordered non-custom items as well, unless ordered separately
2. Couriers & Contact
• Couriers deliver Monday through Friday; delivery drivers cannot call ahead
• Multiple-item orders may arrive in separate consignments with different couriers
3. Address Accuracy
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided, redelivery will be charged at the standard rate.
4. Inspection & Damage Reporting
Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any damage, shortages or incorrect items within 48 hours. Failure to notify within that timeframe will affect available remedies (does not affect statutory rights).
5. International Orders
Please contact us for a shipping quote. Any import taxes/duties/fees are the customer’s responsibility.
