Shipping Information
Once you have ordered your item(s) you will receive a notification via email that we have received your order. We will also then notify you when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive this, email please check you junk folder.
Delivery Times
We ship Monday to Friday, from our warehouse in Warwickshire, UK, direct to your door. We use only premium courier services to deliver your products. This ensures your parcel is delivered quickly as well as safely. In stock items are delivered within 3-5 working days. If you require your item sooner, there is a fast-track option for personalised items and a Next Day delivery service for other products.
Please note: delivery delays may occur during peak, holiday periods, and during extreme weather conditions.
Important Delivery Information
When your parcel box arrives, we recommend that you check it for any damage that may have occurred during transport. You must inform us within 48 hours of any damage otherwise our couriers will void the claim.
You will also be the one in charge of securing your parcel box to your wall or floor. Don’t worry, the process is very straightforward, and you can use our installation guides to help you. If you are liaising with tradespeople, we recommend booking your tradespeople in only once all your products have been received and checked. This will prevent any inconvenience if there are any dispatch or shipping delays.
International Delivery
Please contact us for a quote. We will need to know the delivery address and the item that you are interested in. We aim to get back you with a quote within 48 hours.
Custom address decals and signs
Our custom signs and decals are made to order. These take approximately 5 business days to make. Once your order is ready, we’ll ship your order straight to your door.
If you are purchasing other items on the same order as your custom sign, we’ll hold your whole order, and ship all your items together, once your custom sign is ready. If you’d like your other items dispatched within our average shipping timeframes, simply place a separate order for your non-custom items.
Delivery information
Please note, drivers are not able to call you prior to delivery, so please ensure you enter the correct address and email address during checkout to ensure a successful delivery. If the courier is unable to complete delivery due to incorrect, impartial or an incomplete address, you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to re-send.
If an error was made with your shipping address at the time of order, please email our Customer Support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, however, if your order has been processed, we will not be able to change your delivery details.
Tracking your order
Tracking information will be sent via email confirmation and/ or SMS once your order has been dispatched. Simply click on the tracking number link to receive updates on your order. If you don’t receive tracking information immediately, please allow up to 24 hours before contacting us to allow the courier system to update.
If you have purchased multiple items in one order, in some circumstances, we may ship with different couriers. Please check your tracking information for updates relating to each part of your order.
