This model is designed to be mounted to a post, which is delivered with the parcel box. You can find the installation instructions among our installation guides, or by scanning the QR code on the product’s box.
We provide a 5-year structural warranty and a 12-month functional warranty on all of our parcel- and letterboxes. For more information, please check our warranty information page.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from our Warwickshire warehouse. We will email you all delivery tracking details upon dispatch.
We offer free UK mainland standard delivery on all of our parcel boxes and letterboxes. Surcharges apply to delivery addresses in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and selected remote postcodes.
Some delivery charges may apply when ordering address decals, house numbers or other accessories.

In-stock, non-personalised items are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Personalised items have longer lead times, and ordering them together with standard items may delay the dispatch of your full order.
