Unfortunately, we only supply the letterboxes, however, we do provide easy-to-follow installation instructions both on our website and included in each product’s packaging. Many of our letterboxes have been designed for easy DIY installation, otherwise, you can contact a local handyman or tradesperson to install it for you.
As every I Love Parcels letterbox is slightly different, they each come with individual installation instructions to ensure the process is as simple and easy to follow as possible. These instructions will show how to install your letterbox on different mediums, as well as any tools that may be required for installation.
The tools required will differ depending not only on the letterbox you have purchased, but also on the medium you are installing it on/in. All fixings required for installation (e.g. screws) are included with the letterbox.

Powder-coat – We don’t recommend painting over our powder-coated boxes, which is why we are constantly expanding our range to offer a variety of different colours and combinations to suit most homes.Â
Stainless Steel – We don’t recommend painting over stainless steel.Â
Please note that repainting or customising your letterbox may void the warranty.
- Start by wiping the surface gently with a wet sponge to remove any loose dirt and debris.
- Apply a mild household detergent to the surface (choose a detergent that is free from both solvents and petroleum-based chemicals).
- Rinse the detergent off using clean, fresh water.
- Use a clean, dry cloth to pat the surface dry.
Note: Generally, it is advised to clean your letterbox every 12 months. If in a coastal location, it is advised to repeat this process every 3 months.
