We regularly review our website to identify and address potential accessibility issues. While we aim to provide meaningful alternative text for product imagery, some decorative or legacy images may not yet include fully descriptive attributes. These are being reviewed and updated where appropriate.

 

We strive to ensure all form fields, including those within the checkout process, are clearly labelled and accessible. In some cases, error messages or validation feedback may not be announced as clearly as intended for screen-reader users. Improvements in this area are ongoing.

 

Some functionality on our website is provided by third-party plugins (such as reviews, pop-ups, cookie notices, or embedded content). While we select reputable providers, we recognise that not all third-party tools fully meet accessibility standards. Where issues are identified, we will seek to improve, replace, or mitigate them where reasonably possible.

 

We aim to maintain clear contrast and readable typography across the site. In certain areas, particularly older content or theme-controlled elements, contrast or font weight may not fully meet recommended accessibility ratios. These areas are reviewed during site updates.
