Product Content & Video Creator
We are building a category-defining brand in the UK parcel delivery infrastructure market.
This is not a typical content role.
We are looking for a high-calibre Product Content & Video Creator who can take ownership of how our products are understood, experienced, and sold through content.
Your work will directly influence revenue, conversion rates, and brand authority.

Your Mission
To build a high-performance content engine that turns our products into clear, compelling, conversion-driving video assets across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the production of product-focused video content from concept to final output
· Create high-performing short-form and long-form video content
· Develop clear product education content that improves conversion rates
· Produce installation walkthroughs and real-world usage demonstrations
· Create problem-solution content (missed deliveries, parcel theft, convenience)
· Build a library of reusable content assets for ads, website and social
· Continuously test and improve content based on performance data
· Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align content with campaigns
· Identify content opportunities that drive revenue, not just engagement
Performance Expectations
· Consistent weekly output of high-quality video content
· Ability to independently plan and execute content production
· Creation of content that directly improves conversion and engagement
· Development of a scalable content production workflow
· Contribution to measurable growth in traffic, engagement and sales
Required Skills
· Strong video production capability (camera or smartphone-based)
· Advanced video editing skills with focus on attention and retention
· Ability to create engaging hooks within the first few seconds
· Clear understanding of YouTube and short-form content dynamics
· Strong commercial awareness — understands what drives buying decisions
· Ability to communicate product value clearly and simply
· Comfort working independently with ownership of output
Experience Required
• Proven portfolio of high-quality video content
• Experience creating content for brands, products or ecommerce
• Evidence of content that performs (views, engagement or conversion impact
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and editing

• Strong library of content assets used across website, ads and social
• Improved product page conversion rates
• High-performing video content across multiple platforms
