The Chelsea model features a 40mm recess, ideal for standard fences. For those needing a larger option, the Chelsea II offers a 115mm recess, perfect for installation into thicker fences and brick walls.
An optional frame is available and is suitable for wall and fence installations. This frame provides additional support when building into walls or thicker fences and also enhances the parcel box’s aesthetic appeal, giving it a sleek, finished look.
With rear access only, this parcel box enhances security while maintaining a sleek, unobtrusive design. The built-in combination lock eliminates the need for extra keys.

Our extensive range of Parcel letterboxes accept a range of parcel sizes from small all the way up to extra-large parcels.
You can view an image in the photo gallery for each parcel letterbox showing the maximum parcel size that product can receive. Please keep in mind, if you are receiving multiple packages/deliveries, the capacity for individual package size will be reduced.
Unfortunately, we only supply the Parcel boxes, however we do provide easy to follow installation instructions both on our website and included in each product packaging. Many of our letterboxes have been designed for easy DIY install, otherwise you can contact a local handyman or tradesperson to install it for you.
As every I Love Parcels parcel box is slightly different, they each come with individual installation instructions to ensure the process is as simple and easy to follow as possible. These instructions will show how to install your parcel box on different mediums, as well as any tools that may be required for installation. You can also view these online.
The tools required will differ depending on not only the parcel box you have purchased, but the medium you are installing on/in. All fixings required for installation (e.g. screws) are included with the letterbox. Our Pillar parcel boxes generally require a hammer drill, 10mm masonry drill bit and spirit level for installation. Â

The installation instructions for each parcel box will show any tools that may be required.Â
Powder-coat – We don’t recommend painting over our powder-coated boxes, which is why we are constantly expanding our range to offer a variety of different colours and combinations to suit most homes.Â
Stainless Steel – We don’t recommend painting over stainless steel.Â
Please note, repainting or customising your letterbox, may void warranty.
- Start by wiping the surface gently with a wet sponge to remove any loose dirt and debris.
- Apply a mild household detergent to the surface (Choose a detergent that is free from both solvents and petroleum-based chemicals).
- Rinse the detergent off using clean, fresh water.
- Use a clean, dry cloth to pat dry the surface.
Note: Generally, it is advised to clean your letterbox every 12 months. If in a coastal location, it is advised to repeat this process every 3 months.
