Rome Parcel Box Prize Draw

1. The promoter

The promoter is I Love Parcels, trading as I Love Parcels, whose registered office is at Unit G, Basin Bridge Farm, Basin Bridge Lane, Stoke Golding, CV13 6JJ, company number 12355137.

References to “I Love Parcels”, “we”, “us” or “the promoter” in these terms refer to the promoter named above.

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

The prize draw is not open to:

• Employees of the promoter
• Employees of any organisation directly involved in administering the prize draw
• Immediate family members of those employees
• Agents, suppliers or anyone professionally connected with the promotion

The promoter may request proof of age, identity, residence or eligibility before awarding the prize.

3. Opening and closing dates

The prize draw opens at 9.00 am on 26 August 2026.

The prize draw closes at 11.59 pm on 30 September 2026.

Entries submitted before the opening time or after the closing time will not be accepted.

4. How to enter

To receive one standard entry, entrants must:

• Complete and submit the official I Love Parcels prize-draw entry form before the closing date.
• Enter their first name, last name and email address.
• Confirm that they are a UK resident aged 18 or over.
• Read and accept these Terms and Conditions.

The official prize-draw entry form may be accessed via the I Love Parcels website, by scanning an official QR code displayed on an I Love Parcels promotional stand at a participating garden centre, or via official I Love Parcels posts or advertisements on Instagram or Facebook. 

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

Only one standard entry is permitted per person. Multiple submissions or accessing the entry form through more than one route will not provide additional standard entries.

5. Additional entries via Instagram and Facebook 

Entrants may receive up to two additional entries by completing the required actions on Instagram and Facebook before the closing date.

Entrants may receive:

• One additional entry for completing the Instagram actions below.
• One additional entry for completing the Facebook actions below.

Completing the actions on both platforms will result in two additional entries.

Instagram entry

To receive one additional entry through Instagram, entrants must:

• Follow @iloveparcels on Instagram.
• Like the pinned I Love Parcels prize-draw post.
• Tag one friend in the comments of the pinned post.
• Share the pinned prize-draw post to their Instagram Story.
• Tag @iloveparcels in their Story.
• Submit their Instagram username through the prize-draw confirmation page.

Facebook entry

To receive one additional entry through Facebook, entrants must:

• Follow the I Love Parcels Facebook Page.
• Like the pinned I Love Parcels prize-draw post.
• Tag one friend in the comments of the pinned post.
• Share the pinned prize-draw post on Facebook.
• Submit their Facebook profile name through the prize-draw confirmation page.

Additional conditions

Only one additional entry per platform is available. Tagging more than one friend, posting multiple comments or sharing the post more than once on the same platform will not provide any further entries.

I Love Parcels may carry out reasonable checks to confirm that the required social-media actions have been completed. The visibility of shared content may depend on the entrant’s account or privacy settings.

The social media actions are optional. Entrants do not need an Instagram or Facebook account to receive their standard entry. 

An entrant’s standard entry remains valid even if they choose not to complete the optional social-media actions. 

Entrants should only tag someone they know and who is likely to be interested in the prize draw.

6. Valid entries

The promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify entries that are:

• Incomplete
• Submitted after the closing date
• Submitted using false, misleading or inaccurate information
• Duplicated, automated or generated in bulk
• Submitted using scripts, bots or other automated methods
• Submitted in breach of these terms and conditions
• Connected with Instagram and/or Facebook actions that cannot reasonably be verified
• Submitted by someone who is not eligible to enter

7. The prize

One winner will receive one Rome wall-mounted parcel box in their preferred available size and colour.

The available options are:

Medium

• Black
• Anthracite
• Pebble

Large

• Black
• Anthracite
• Pebble
• Pale Green

Pale Green is available in the Large size only.

The prize has a retail value of up to £179.99 at the time the prize draw opens.

Delivery is available to addresses within mainland Great Britain only (England, Scotland and Wales). Delivery is not available to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. 

The prize does not include:

• Installation
• House-number decals
• Accessories
• Additional products
• Any other items shown in promotional or lifestyle imagery

The winner is responsible for confirming that the selected product is suitable for their property and intended installation location.

8. Product availability

All prize sizes and colours are subject to availability when the winner makes their selection.

If the winner’s preferred size or colour is unavailable, I Love Parcels will offer a suitable available alternative from the Rome range.

9. No cash alternative or transfer

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

The prize is not transferable, refundable or for resale.

10. Winner selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.

Each valid standard entry will be entered into the draw once.

Entrants who successfully complete and verify the optional Instagram and/or Facebook actions will receive one additional entry for each platform completed, up to a maximum of two additional entries. 

The winner will be selected using a verifiably random selection process.

The draw will take place within five working days of the closing date.

11. Contacting the winner

The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied on the entry form.

The winner must respond within seven calendar days of the date of the notification email.

Entrants are responsible for:

• Providing a correct email address
• Checking their inbox
• Checking their spam or junk folder
• Responding within the stated timeframe

12. Unclaimed prizes

If the winner:

• Does not respond within seven calendar days
• Cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts
• Is found to be ineligible
• Has supplied inaccurate information
• Has not complied with these terms
• Declines or is unable to accept the prize

I Love Parcels may withdraw the prize and select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

The same process and response deadline will apply to any replacement winner.

13. Confirming the prize

The winner will be asked to confirm:

• Their full name
• Their delivery address
• Their preferred available size
• Their preferred available colour
• Any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility

14. Delivery 

The prize is expected to be dispatched within approximately 5–10 working days after: 

• The winner’s eligibility has been confirmed
• The winner has supplied a valid delivery address
• The winner has confirmed their chosen available size and colour

The prize includes standard delivery to a valid postal address within mainland Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). Delivery is not available to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. 

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to stock availability, courier delays, adverse weather or circumstances outside I Love Parcels’ reasonable control.

I Love Parcels is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, stock delays or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

15. Installation and product suitability

Installation is not included in the prize.

The winner is responsible for:

• Checking the product dimensions
• Confirming that the selected installation location is suitable
• Arranging installation where required
• Following the supplied installation and care instructions
• Obtaining any required landlord or property-owner consent

I Love Parcels is not responsible for installation costs, alterations to the property or damage caused by incorrect installation.

Nothing in this section limits the winner’s statutory rights.

16. Winner information

I Love Parcels may make the winner’s surname and county available to anyone who requests confirmation that the prize was awarded.

Requests should be submitted to hi@iloveparcels.com within one month of the closing date.

The winner may object to their surname or county being made available by contacting I Love Parcels.

I Love Parcels may still be required to provide the winner’s information and evidence of the prize award to the Advertising Standards Authority or another relevant regulator.

17. Publicity

The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the prize draw.

Participation in publicity is optional and is not a condition of receiving the prize.

I Love Parcels will obtain permission before using photographs, testimonials or additional personal information for promotional purposes.

18. Personal information

Personal information submitted through the prize-draw form will be used to:

• Administer the prize draw
• Validate entries
• Select and contact the winner
• Arrange delivery of the prize
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

Entry details will not automatically be added to the I Love Parcels marketing database.

Entrants will only receive marketing emails if they have separately agreed to receive them.

Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entry.

Entrants can withdraw their marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email.

19. Instagram and Meta

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

Entrants provide their information to I Love Parcels and not to Instagram or Meta.

Instagram and Meta are not responsible for administering the prize draw or awarding the prize.

Entrants must comply with the applicable terms of use and community guidelines for Instagram and/or Facebook when completing the optional social-media actions. 

20. Technical problems

I Love Parcels is not responsible for entries that are:

• Lost
• Delayed
• Misdirected
• Incomplete
• Corrupted
• Not successfully submitted because of a technical problem

I Love Parcels is not responsible for technical problems affecting:

• The I Love Parcels website
• The entry form
• Internet connections
• Email services
• Instagram and Facebook
• Mobile devices
• Browsers or other software

Where a genuine technical issue affects a material number of entrants, I Love Parcels will take reasonable steps to minimise unfairness.

21. Changes, suspension or cancellation

I Love Parcels reserves the right to suspend, amend or cancel the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

Any necessary changes will be communicated through the prize-draw landing page and, where appropriate, the original promotional channels.

22. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Love Parcels will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot legally be excluded
• The winner’s statutory rights

23. Breach of the terms

Where I Love Parcels reasonably believes that an entrant has breached these terms, manipulated the entry process or acted fraudulently, it may:

• Reject the entry
• Remove the entrant from the draw
• Withdraw the prize
• Select another winner

25. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Entrants living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring legal proceedings in the courts of the country in which they live, where applicable.

26. Complete terms

These terms and conditions, together with the information displayed on the official prize-draw landing page, form the rules of the promotion.

If there is an inconsistency between promotional material and these terms, these terms will apply, except where doing so would unfairly disadvantage an entrant or conflict with applicable law.
